HR/ ACCOUNTING STAFF
 
JOB DESCRIPTION
Recruitment and selection of new employees, including reviewing applications, and conducting interviews
Onboarding new hires and ensuring they have a seamless transition into the organisation
Maintaining and updating employee records and files, ensuring compliance with all relevant HR policies and procedures
Payroll preparation and address employee concerns related to compensation and administering statutory benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
Providing support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, such as benefits, leave entitlements, and performance management
Providing administrative support for HR-related tasks, such as payroll processing and employee data management
Investigate grievances and prepare necessary documentation
Coordinate grievances meeting (e.g. memorandum issuances and other meetings pertaining to company's policies and procedures)
Assist in the resolution of grievances accordingly
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Finance, or Business-related field
Knowledgeable on accounting, human resource, labor laws and principles including payroll processing
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Proficient in verbal and written communication
Proficiency in Microsoft and accounting software
Strong problem-solving skills and requires the exercise of considerable judgment, tact and initiative
Strong ethics on being Professional, Discreet & Keeping of Confidential matters secure
