Qualifications
Preferably Female
Graduate of Human Resource Management or any 4years degree
Computer literate
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Previous office experience and understanding of office procedures and purchases is a major plus
Duties and responsibilities
Manpower monitoring
Analyzing, managing, negotiating and determining the benefits of employees of what the company should offer
Training and evaluate worker on the company's practices and procedures (rules and regulation)
Collaborate with management to complete necessary projects; work independently on prior delegated tasks and can multitask
Ensure an organized, clean, and tidy workspace
Maintain and restock Office and Processing supplies as needed
Monitor and use office equipment and materials
Can take over daily expenses in absence/emergency of Finance Staff
Answer phones, direct calls, take and deliver messages as needed
