Job Description
Proven experience in human resources management within the resort or hospitality industry.
Proficiency in HR software and tolls for payroll, record-keeping and analytics
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite are required
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management; Human Resource Management or similar fields.
Strong knowledge of labor laes, regulations and best practices
