Uraya Land Development, Inc. is a real estate developer, which was established on March 8, 1994, with a paid-up capital of P50 million. Its pilot project was undertaken in a 14-hectare subdivision lot in Tagum City. Its second project, Elenita Heights Subdivision is situated in Catalunan Grande and sits on a 50-hectare property with a total of 1,196 units and 1,063 housing units for Phases I and II. In the latter part of 2007, it developed and opened for sale its Elenita Heights Garden villas, which involved an 8.2-hectare property for an additional 319 lots and housing units. It is presently developing the fourth phase of its Elenita Heights Subdivision which is called Elenita Heights Park Villas and involving an additional 220 lots and housing units. Under process is another two-hectare property which would involve a total of 117 saleable lots. Still pending in the pipeline is another five-hectare property adjacent to Elenit Heights, which the company recently bought. At present, Uraya Land is involved in the development of an 80-hectare property in Catigan, Toril, Davao City called Villa de Mercedes. The company is currently developing its expansion project at Phases III and V at Villa de Mercedes. In the middle part of 2012, the company entered into a joint venture agreement with the Floirendo group for the development of its 13-hectare property into a mid-range subdivision. In the planning stage is the development of a condotel and events center at Villa de Mercedes and a multi-building, mix-use project in a 16-hectare property in Samal City. On May 31, 2012, the company inked an agreement for the purchase of a 39-hectare property in Catalunan Grande which the company plans to develop into a mid-range subdivision. Also being developed is a 10-hectare high-end memorial park in Butuan City.
