Job Responsibilities:
Recruit candidates. HR needs to understand the organization's needs and make sure those needs are met when recruiting for new positions.
Hire the right employees.
Process payroll.
Conduct disciplinary actions.
Update policies.
Maintain employee records.
Conduct benefit analysis.
Job Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology/ Human Resources Management or any four-year business-related course.
Must have at least two (2) to three (3) years working experience as an HR Officer or HR Supervisor focusing on recruitment and employee relations
Proven experience in handling a team, conducting conflict resolution, compliance regulations, employee counseling, training and development, and policymaking
Must have the knowledge and experience in administering psychological examinations and writing assessment reports
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willing to work in Lipa City
