Description
He/She shall be responsible for the overseeing and administration of the human resource operations of the Center, such as but not limited to:
1.) Recruitment, Selection, and Onboarding
2.) Organizational Development (e.g. Job Description, Organizational Chart)
3.) Training Needs Analysis
4.) Quarterly Performance Appraisal of employees
5.) Encoding of personnel biometric data for payroll
6.) Facilitates in the processing of HR-related documents (e.g. certifications, overtime requests)
7.) Coordinates the timely processing of PhilHealth, SSS, Pag-Ibig, etc.
8.) Monitors and oversees the effective implementation of the Center's policies and procedures
He/She must have at least 2 years of relevant experience, and must be a graduate of Human Resource, Psychology, or any business management or behavioral science courses.
