Job Specification:
Conducts Orientation and assists in onboarding procedure.
Generate all employment contracts, transfer agreements, and administer signing and recording timely.
Identifying, recommending and driving (where appropriate) process efficiencies.
Develop and implement a human resources plan, policies, and procedures.
Provide advice and assistance to employees (rank-and-file to managers) for more beneficial systems.
Contribute to sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, and organizational exit programs
Complies with all local and national legislative requirements.
Adheres to company policies and procedures and the company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
Recommend solutions to resolve company related issues.
Ensure that workplace health and safety activities are compliant with relevant legislation and regulations.
Participate in team meetings to bring up issues, share knowledge and solutions.
Ensure HR projects are completed on time and within budget; ensure support to other Departments' projects.
Job Description:
Bachelor's Degree Holder in Psychology/Human Resource Development/Political Science
Excellent communication skills
Proactive and keen to details
Can work with less supervision
Confident and able to socialize
Preferably with work experience
Open to fresh graduates
Knowledgeable on Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
Willing to work on a permanent night shift schedule or flexible schedule
Action Oriented and results-driven
