Is currently looking for:
HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Directs and supervises the overall activities and functions of the Human Resource and Administration Department to ensure attainment of departmental goals and objectives.
2. Ensures that the desired level of support and services being rendered by the Human Resources and Administration Department such as recruitment and hiring, training and development are promptly met and attained at the most economical way.
3. Monitors and coordinates with all department supervisors the control and implementation of various company policies, guidelines, procedures and rules and regulations relating to the company’s human resources and general affairs.
4. Oversees and coordinates the company’s performance evaluation program.
5. Formulates guidelines, procedures and programs for the continuous selection, training, evaluation and development of the company’s human resource to assure efficient and competent performance of all company operations and activities, in coordination with all departments.
6. Ensures coordination and harmonious working environment among personnel within the department as well as with other departments.
7. Conducts regular training needs analysis as the bases for planning training and other human resource development programs.
8. Creates and maintains a working climate and environment that is safe, secure, clean and orderly supported by health, safety and employee welfare programs and other activities that encourage solidarity and job satisfaction in the company.
9. Coordinates closely with other departments regarding the scheduling of annual leaves of employees, training and other HR Development programs that may be organized from time to time based on established procedures.
10. Files 201 records of the employees.
11. Conducts Hiring, Selection and Placement.
12. Keeps track of the employees’ time record and submits summary of daily time record to the Administrative Manager.
13. Keeps the General Manager and the Medical Director informed on the Human Resource and Administration department activities or programs that require their action/and or decision.
14. Performs other related jobs that maybe assigned or delegated by the General Manager and Medical Director from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Psychology or Behavioral Sciences, or Law, or in Management.
Experience:
Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years experience in Human Resource job or Personnel Administration or its related fields, at least two (2) years of which is in the position of Officer/Supervisor or higher.
Other Attributes:
Good Leadership abilities and strong human relations skills
Fluent in oral and written communication
Creative and innovative thinking abilities to analyze, evaluate and solve various problems related to the Human Resource job
Computer Literate ( Ms Word and Excel )
