DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Talent Acquisition
Closely monitors the movements of Manpower Requisitions and Recruitment Progress Report to timely fill-in the manpower requirements of the concerned department.
Utilizes various methodologies in recruiting qualified applicants in order to deliver manpower requirements on time such as, but not limited to online job portals, university relations and referrals.
Develop and implement strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Administers qualifying exams and conducts telephone interviews to determine applicant's suitability to the position applied for.
Monitors the end-to-end activities of the Onboarding Checklist.
Performance and Movement
Ensures proper monitoring and timely execution of the periodic performance evaluation of probationary employees.
Coordinates with the Human Resource Supervisor on the performance evaluation schedule and documentation.
Employee Onboarding
Assist with the onboarding process for newly hired employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
Ensures submission of complete pre-employment requirements including medical examination results. Ensures complete attachments of BIR TIN & Philhealth MDR application requirements of newly-hired employees.
Conducts corporate orientation to new hires.
Job Specification
Bachelor's Degree in HRDM or Psychology
2 to 3 years solid experience as HR Officer, and must have a solid experience in end-to-end recruitment
Knowledge of recruitment strategies, interview techniques, and employment laws; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, presentation skills, organization and documentation skill; Ability to manage time and meet deadlines and demonstrates the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion; Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and highly organized; Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; Excellent negotiation skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
