Job Details & Qualifications:
Experienced in human resources or related field, HR management graduate is a plus
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
With experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, termination procedures and workplace investigations
Knowledgeable maintaining and reporting on relevant health and safety laws
Implementing company's handbook on policies and procedures
Establishing employee performance review, training and development programs
Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
Conducting performance and wage reviews
Must be knowledgeable with MS Office especially MS Excel, Word and outlook
Can work with minimal supervision
Must be honest and can handle simultaneous tasks
Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays
Initial Salary Rate: 18,000.00-25,000.00/MONTH
