The Human Resource Manager's duties will involve managing activities such as job design and analysis, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development. He / She is responsible for all facets of the Human Resources Department.
 
His / her duties and responsibilities includes but is not limited to:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives align with the organization's vision and mission
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organization
Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resources policies and procedures
Enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, procedures and programs 
Create a work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology.
 
Experience Needed: Experience in Human Resources or related fields, educating and coaching staff, experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy, experience in building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues
 
Training : Attended to relevant trainings
