GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
 
The Human Resource Manager will provide oversight and guidance to the development and monitoring of processes related to recruitment and retention, compliance, compensation, benefits, training and development.
 
SCOPE OF WORK

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administration of Human Resource files and records.
Provide support to the management in organizational development.
Ensure the proper management of employees' benefits and compensation.
Coordinate and assist the Deans and Department Heads as to compliance with the government mandated policies (PHIC, HDMF,PAASCU,CHED,SSS, DOLE, etc.)
Assist and coordinate with the different departments as to their concerns.
Assess and facilitate employee's concern relevant to their work responsibilities
Recruit competent, skilled and qualified applicants to meet the Manpower Requirements:
Job advertisement for vacant positions
Preliminary Screening
Salary Negotiations
Job Offer
Ensure the orientation of the new employee/s to foster positive attitude toward the organizational objectives.
Facilitate the Employee Relations as to:
Preparation of memorandums to erring employees.
Attend to employees' concerns and grievances.
Conduct investigation
Implement disciplinary measures to erring employees upon observing due process.
Provide remedial actions to employee/s thru coaching and counseling.
Assure the observance of company policies and procedures with in the Organization.
Prepare inter-office memorandum on advisories.
Develop and maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies for the improvement of the company system.
Planning, monitoring and conduct performance management which includes computation, interpretation and employee feedback.
Formulate employee's notice of expiration of contracts
Plan and guide the career and job path of employees with potentials in coordination with the department heads;
Recommends and provide basic trainings.
Coordinate and facilitate the manpower agency management (Utility & Security Agency) concerns related to job functions and personnel requisitions.
Other tasks as assigned by the top management related to the job function.
Preferably with academe experience
