About the Role:
As the HR Manager, you'll be at the heart of our people strategy-leading core HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, training, policy compliance, and workforce engagement. You'll play a key role in shaping a resilient, productive, and positive work culture in our fast-paced, target-driven organization.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Employee Relations & Engagement
Address grievances and manage disciplinary processes fairly and effectively
Lead employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and workplace culture
Facilitate clear and open communication across all levels
Performance Management
Oversee performance appraisal systems and coach managers on performance goals
Monitor KPIs and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Training & Development
Identify upskilling opportunities and drive learning programs
Partner with department heads to enhance capability building
Track training effectiveness and ROI
Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational policies
Keep HR policies updated and conduct internal audits regularly
Retention & Attrition Management
Analyze turnover trends and execute retention strategies
Use exit data to drive workplace improvements
HR Operations & Reporting
Manage HR admin functions like leave, attendance, and payroll coordination
Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate actionable HR reports
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRDM, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of HR Manager experience or leadership role-BPO experience preferred but not required
Deep knowledge of Labor Laws and HR best practices
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
