OsaMor Food Corporation - the company behind Bell+Amadeus, Diet in a Box, Ulam Express, Minds on Wheels, and Lunhaw Farm Resort - is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers a comprehensive learning experience across HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance, providing a strong foundation for future HR professionals in a dynamic, multi-brand environment.
 
Duties and Responsibilities: The Human Resource Intern will support the HR Department in various administrative and operational functions, including:
Assist in recruitment and selection by posting job ads, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.
Help manage employee records and ensure proper documentation and filing (201 files, contracts, etc.).
Support in the preparation of HR memos, notices, and other employee communications.
Coordinate and assist in onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.
Participate in timekeeping validation and attendance monitoring.
Help facilitate training programs and employee engagement activities.
Maintain trackers and HR databases for manpower, leaves, and compliance.
Assist in benefits processing and coordination with government agencies.
Support compliance documentation (e.g., DOLE requirements, company policies, HR audits).
Job Qualifications:
Education: Currently enrolled and completing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course.
Must possess the following school requirements:
Endorsement Letter
Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)
Study Load reflecting enrollment in Practicum/Internship
Core Competencies:
Behavioral: Integrity, confidentiality, empathy, accountability, and attention to detail.
Technical:
Basic knowledge of HR principles and Philippine labor laws
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
