Job Description
The Section Head for Human Resource Information Management and Payroll Services is responsible for development, implementation and evaluation of Cast Members' compensation administration.
He/She is also responsible for the effective and efficient operations of the section.
Job Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science
At least 5 years work experience in compensation / payroll administration, 3 years of which in supervisory capacity
Knowledge in compensation administration, specifically on job analysis and job evaluation;
Written and verbal communication skills; knowledge in computer applications
