Responsible for employee relation and grievances, employee performance evaluation's assessment and recommendation, implementation of company policies and orientation of newly hired employees.
Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and updates of employee master list includes all changes affecting employee statuses such as new hires, promotions, lateral movements, and termination.
Create a design module and conduct training as per employee need to ensure people development and put the quality mindset toward company goal
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resource Management, Commerce, Psychology, Education/ Teaching/ Training or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in supervisory capacity in HR or personnel admin.
Experience in Hiring, Human Resources Management, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Communication Processes, Compensation and Wage Structure, Supports Diversity, Classifying Employees, Employment Law, Laws Against Sexual Harassment.
Proficient in Microsoft (MS Word Excel, PPT.) Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, and procedures
Tactful and discreet when dealing with people and confidential information
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and people management
Strong background in Employee Relation
