HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST
 
Qualifications:
BS Psychology Graduate, BSHRDM or Business related courses
Good communication skills
With relevant experience for the said position at least 1 year
Result oriented and keen into details, with sense of urgency
Must be knowledgeable and able to multitask into different facets in HR: RECRUITMENT, COMPENSATION, EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
Knowledgeable to DOLE regulatory standards (labor laws)
Possess a good reasoning and analytical skills
Possess a strong personality and initiate in conducting case investigations and administrative hearing 
Represent the company in Labor proceedings
Manage and resolve employees complaints / issues by counseling staff, provides recommendations and appropriate corrective actions
Knowledgeable in NTE (notices), drafts, memos in compliance with the company and labor standards
Source, screen applicants for their initial interview, shortlist and recruit qualified applicants
Prepare and create job postings / ads to post on every recruitment platform.
Maintain a timely database and oversee the entire recruitment.  
Facilitate in onboarding of candidates from the issuance of contract to the issuance of uniform.
Conducts an exit interview, processes clearances and provides reports. 
Willing to travel from time to time and process Dole Reportorial.
 Knowledgeable in basic statutory reports
 With experience in both Compensation and Benefits for at least a year
 Must be committed at work with good working attitude
