Description
· Overseeing all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics
· Supervise the work of HR Manager and provide guidance
· Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
· Designs and develops HR training programs for management and employees.
· Consults with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters. Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
· Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, government compliance, and labor relations.
· Use performance reviews and skills gap analyses to identify training needs per department, team and individual
· Develop company's policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
· Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
· Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
· Accomplishes special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; communicating and coordinating requirements; expediting fulfillment; evaluating milestone accomplishments; evaluating optional courses of action; changing assumptions and direction.
· Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions, analyzing information and applications.
· Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values. Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
· Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs.
· Develops and implements departmental budget.
· Handle confidential documents and information.
· Proactively strategize and think of how HR can continue to evolve and shape the company as an Employment destination for people to build their careers.
· Work to attract and retain key talent in the workforce.
· Regularly analyze various data sets to seek out opportunities to improve the company's operations from a consumer perspective
· Develop and execute on various HR portfolios, to foster a highly engaged and productive workforce.
