We manufacture pasteurized canned crab meat, frozen tuna, block frozen shrimps, cooked sliced octopus, & other seafood products to US, Europe, and Asian markets.

Job Responsibilities
Conducts resume' screenings, initial interviews, and administers pre-employment examinations to applicants who have met the qualifications of vacant position/s of the company.
Sources out applicants to fill in the different vacancies in the company.
Conducts background checking of applicants being considered for placement or regularization.
Conducts Company orientation to Newly Hired employees, Agency employees, & OJTs.
Assists all Human Resources works whenever necessary.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees and management.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and records efficiently.
Excellent in handling employee records, documentation, and data entry accurately.
Ability to build rapport and maintain confidentiality while dealing with sensitive employee information.
Proficient in HR software and tools, especially in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
Capacity to address HR-related issues and assist employees effectively.
