HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT
(WORKBASE: HEAD OFFICE, CEBU CITY)
Job Responsibilities:
Discussing the medical and non- medical requirements to ALL Central and Eastern Visayas considered applicants in a timely manner, and ensuring the checking and collection of complete pre- employment requirements.
Conducting In -house Employment verification, Academic and Character Reference Check of all considered applicants under the areas of Central and Eastern Visayas.
Monitoring the compliance of all External Manpower Service Providers to VFI'S process in accordance to ISO Standard.
Qualifications:
Graduate of AB/BS Psychology or BSBA - Human Resources Management.
Dependable, can multitask and works under pressure
Must be keen to details and can work with less supervision
Must be very good in both written and verbal communication skill
Willing to do field work and travel
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and can start ASAP
