Overview:
We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who has a reliable knowledge and experience on various HR functions; able to recruit, support and develop talent, and who will contribute in making the company a better place for work and growth, while staying true to the company's values and standards. A committed and approachable individual,with impressive character and skills.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Holder of a Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology,or any related field
* At least 2 years of proven work experience in the HR field or similar.
* Computer literate,especially in using MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
* Possess a strong interpersonal skills and professional attitude.
* Goal-oriented, organized team player, encouraging to team and staff, able to mentor and lead.
* A plus if with specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, HR best practices, and preventive labor relations
