Prior to the actual start of the operation, the Manager will do all HR & GA responsibility
1. making SOP with each division.
2. making JD and Evaluation sheet for each division.
3. making salary table
4. vendor management (Bus, canteen, others)
5. recruitment of an employee
6. HR policy set up.
Qualifications:
1. HR experience in a Manufacturing company
2. above Asst Manager work experience
3. Experience in JPN company is preferable
4. Japanese speaking is an advantage
5. Can work in Hermosa, Bataan
6. knows well about setting up HR system in a Manufacturing company.
