We are looking for a mature and experienced People and Culture Advisor with 10+ years experience in human resource management.
You will report to the People and Culture Director and assist in delivering HR advice, resolving enquiries and enforcing HR policies and procedures across the organization.
Role Expectations
Diagnose, coach and /or advise Associates and Managers on day-to-day concerns related to employee performance and disciplinary challenges;
Advocate the BSA culture constantly and be able to coach others to understand ways to optimize BSAs values;
Support the new hire onboarding and process exit at resignation and terminations;
Collate data for government reporting and requirements;
Acting as a Subject Matter Expert on the DOLE and other Philippines related law to ensure employer compliance to DOLE; and
Collaborate with the Leadership Team to managing employee concerns: disciplinary actions and performance issues.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree holder, preferably in HR Management, behavioral science, or related course;
With at least 10+ years HR experience gained in BPO environment, ideally in a generalist capacity, including employee engagement, employee relations;
Extensive knowledge in DOLE and Philippines Labor Law;
Strong interpersonal skills and high aptitude for developing lasting relationships with stakeholders;
Ability to deal with sensitive and complex issues with composure, complete confidentiality; and
A skilled influencer.
