With BANDFI, help is conveyed to the local government unit with disregard to any political affiliation, dependence and patronage.
In order to achieve a comprehensive method in executing projects and deploying assistance, BAN makes immediately obtainable, construction ready projects or CANNED PROJECTS. This covers a variety of ready to deploy and immediately accessible programs that the community can avail like mobile libraries, mobile health centers, water machines, livelihood trainings, and a variety of other projects.

Requirements:
» Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or behavioral science-related courses
» Minimum of 5 years significant practice in an equivalent position
» Hands-on practice in all facets of HR: recruitment, payroll & benefits administration, employee relations, training, policy-making, etc., Employee Relations and Training & Development
» Very good expertise of the Philippine labor laws & employment regulations
» Shows maturity and compassion for people
