Job Description Hub Team Leader supports/ mirrors the Supervisor responsibility for ensuring the highest quality of the work and maximixing productivity of the Hub Admins. Role scope includes (but not limited) the following: . Assist the Superviso Job Description Hub Team Leader supports/ mirrors the Supervisor responsibility for ensuring the highest quality of the work and maximixing productivity of the Hub Admins. Role scope includes (but not limited) the following: . Assist the Supervisor in ensuring effective planning, allocation of parcels, clustering and rostering of Couriers in the event of Courier absenteeism, rest days, and excess or low loads. . Assist the Supervisor in ensuring VOP and AVP Couriers are allocated/assigned the minimum quantity of parcels per VOP and AVP requirements. . Assist the Supervisor in facilitating and ensuring the parcel sorting process to ensure parcels are accurately and completely sorted within the allocated timeframe and before cut-off times to achieve SDOD KPI. . Assist the Supervisor in monitoring the exception parcel segregation by Sorters are performed accurately and completely within allocated timelines and at designated locations. . Assist the Supervisor in recalling Couriers who has outbounded from Hub, for assignment of parcels found to be invalid exceptions. . Assist the Supervisor in facilitating and monitoring the validity of inbound exceptions left at Hub floor daily and ensure the event capture process is performed accurately and complete. Return process is completed timely and complete daily. . Assist the Supervisor in facilitating and monitoring the effective implementation of reattempt follow up activity and updates. . Assist the Supervisor in managing the failed delivery storage locations and FIFO implementation for re-attempt parcels daily. . Assist the Supervisor in facilitating and monitoring the Runsheet creation and handover of physical parcels are recorded accurately and complete. . For the Return process, assist the Supervisor in facilitating and monitoring the return process to ensure all cancelled parcels are recorded in LMS accurately and processed timely. . Assist the Supervisor in facilitating and monitoring the Validation of failed delivery parcels returned by Courier and Runsheet Check-In process is performed accurately and completely. Job Requirements . At least 3-5 years working experience in Logistics/Hub working environment, working experience in courier working environment would be an advantage . . Ability to work early morning shifts. . Ability to analyze data and provide insights from data. . Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. . Team player. . Good time-management skills. . Great interpersonal and communication skills. . Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or relevant fields.
