Job Description
As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:
Serve as overall lead for designated hub
Assist with hub expansion and area coverage
Onboard and manage driver wellbeing to ensure delivery efficiency
Build a community culture with high standards and strong values
Assist to build incentives and retention programmes to drive performance and engagement
Ensure our service professionalism and availability
Identify, build and enforce process improvements to manage the driver operations team effectively
Troubleshoot and solve issues faced by delivery partners and merchants
Own the weekly performance of designated hub including deliveries, fulfilment, and customer experience
Any other tasks as assigned by Hub Managers
