1. Adheres to the Vision - Mission of the Company
2. Generates sales for the company by retaining current clients and creating new ones
3. Recommends sales strategies and implements the same
4. Creates good rapport with clients and other stakeholders of the Company
5. Creates sales report and submits recommendations
6. Manages the Sales Department in terms of personnel performance and discipline
7. Reports directly to the President
8. Other duties, related to Sales, that may be assigned from time to time by the President.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
