A minimum of 10 years of cumulative work experience in the relevant industry is required.
Achievement of a bachelor's and/or master's degree in architecture is necessary.
Exceptional proficiency in both written and oral communication is essential.
Demonstrated expertise in creating design plans and abilities is required.
An individual must possess a distinctive creative perspective, evident from their involvement in design teams, along with the ability to think critically and swiftly.
Strong abilities in project management, multitasking, and decision-making are essential.
Prior experience of studying and working abroad (excluding the Middle East) is a prerequisite.
