₱ 25,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
1. Responsible for the generation of the monthly billings for the building tenants,
monitoring of payments, generation of POS sales reports, and preparation of
request for payments for services billings.
2. Handles the petty cash fund and prepares the liquidation report.
3. Updates Profit and Loss ledger regularly.
4. Ensures the prompt collection of the BIR form 2307 from the tenants and ensure
no unnecessary cash out is made by the owner for tax liabilities relating to client.
5. Prepares request and monitors payments to the Service Contractors regularly.
6. Validates meter readings for electricity, water and air-con and uploads in the PM
system for inclusion in the billing statement.
7. Validates the account receivable of the tenants and prepares the aging report.
8. Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
