The primary focus of this position is to support the day-to-day operations along with the team lead. This position provides process knowledge expertise and serves as the first point of contact for any process-reated activities such as New Hire Training, Quality Audits, Peer-to-Peer coaching, Review of Process Documents
Your essential responsibilities:
Help ensure all scheduled work is completed by agreed SLA
Help ensure full and proper reporting and escalation of any operational issues
Review of daily controls and communicate suggested procedural changes
Prepare training materials and deliver process trainings to the operation team
Help manage on-boarding of new deployments and new hires, as well as various processes/projects
Help create, maintain and update procedures/processes
Help drive process excellence and continuous improvements (efficiency, consistency and automation) in all processes and domain expertise to enhance internal customer satisfaction and efficienct
Perform quality audits and conduct peer-to-peer coaching
Perform transactional tasks based on the in-scope activities (30% of the time)

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
Good communication skills - both verbal and written
Must be willing to work on night shift
Must be willing to work in Sto. Tomas, Batangas (First Philippine Industrial Park)
Position Criteria
Ability to utilize a variety of technology platforms to conduct work (HRMS, Case System, Applicant Tracking System, Microsoft Suite, etc.)
Proven ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism, flexibility, high quality customer service, effective verbal and written communications skills and teamwork to accomodate the high volume, fast-paced work environment
Proven ability to support a high case load while ensuring quality and attention to detail
Critical thinking, problem solving and resourcefulness to create effective interview itineraries when face with participant availability challengs
Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential
Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to collaborate and share knowledge
Flexibility to rotate to other workstreams within HR Services as needed
Preferred Qualifications
2-3 years of Human Resources and/or Customer Service/Shared Service Center experience
Knowledge of US labor laws in HR related subject matter including: recruitment & selection, disability management, compensation, benefits & data privacy
