• Monitor inbound change management platforms to identify and complete data updates across a global workforce.
• Complete Prehire, Onboarding, Life Cycle changes and Offboarding activities within ADP WorkforceNow and Workday HCM systems
• Coordinate employee I9 completion and eVerify submissions
• Perform continuous data reconciliation across systems to ensure consistency, as well as timely and accurate inputs from incoming workflow and change tickets.
• Apply detailed understanding of the organization's data entry and processing standards to identify potential coding anomalies and to recommend root-cause solutions to reduce errors
• Resolve employee and manager inquiries regarding employee record changes and settings
• Coordinate employee communications (in coordination with Payroll/HRIS leadership) to manage employee-self-service activities
Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or similar field of study with minimum 2 years experience in an HR data entry role.
• ADP WorkforceNow experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of individuals, both within and outside of the firm.
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism working with sensitive and confidential information.
• Must demonstrate a strong team focus and willingness to collaborate, contribute and take on responsibilities to drive team success.
