Description
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiative and systems
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Development training and development programs
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
• Explain benefit packages and resources
• Planning team events and holiday functions
• Creating team building activities
• Resolve disputes between employees in the workplace
• Answers compensation questions and updates
• Perform timekeeping and payroll functions as necessary
• Process and administer all company and government benefits the employee as eligible for
• Facilitate the performance appraisal of all employees for probationary and annual performance evaluation
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
• Issue memos and notice to erring employees
• Investigate and resolve complains
• Other responsibilities related to job position
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 3
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Accountability for mistakes and errors, Self-confidence, Decision making, Communication and persuasion, Team building, Creativity, Coaching, Emotions management, Speaking in public, Presentations, Self-improvement
