HRD SPECIALIST (TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT)
Graduate of 4 to 5-year bachelor's Degree, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or any related field or its equivalent
At least 3-4- years of relevant working experience in Training, Learning, and Development
With related experience in Training, Learning, and Development
HR related training is advantage but not required
Must be able to manage overall Training and Development activities
Must be able to propose improvements in training-related activities and projects
Flexible, adaptable, and accommodating
Service-oriented and flexible
Has the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
Proposes improvements in training-related activities and projects
Manages Job Analysis, Training Needs Analysis, Gap Analysis, and Competency mapping of organization's workforce
Willing to be assigned at Murata, FPIP Tanauan, Batangas
