Ability to adopt to the environment of construction field.
Ability to write clearly and help with word processing.
Warm personality with strong communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
Proficient on oral and written communication
Organized and systematic in work and maintaining files
Can work with less supervision and has high inititiative
Monitor staff performance and attendance activities
Maintenance of the employee's 201 files
Set up mechanisms to resolve employee issues
Computer literate on MS Office specifically Excel and Word
Reliability in handling confidential matters and information
Good human relationship and can work well with co-workers
Knowledgeable in government contributions (SSS, PHILHEALTH, PAG IBIG)
Knowledgeable in government rules & regulations (DOLE, NLRC, etc.)
At least 1 year work experience in HR position
