Monitors in-house and local training
Prepares Training Bonding Agreement
Assists in the retrieval and preparation of summary of results of Competency Assessment.
Performs other tasks given by immediate superior
Qualifications
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Education major in English, Human Resources, Psychology or any equivalent
With experience in Organizational and Learning Development
Proficient in Canva, MS Office, MS Teams, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and other meeting software applications
