We are looking for a qualified HR Training & Development Personnel to join our team. As part of the team, you will be tasked to fulfill the educational requirements of the new and existing staff. You will ensure the strategic conduct and implementation of legally accepted Human Resources management functions and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance reviews.
Design, develop, and implement training programs aligned with company goals
Facilitate in-house training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they meet objectives and provide value.
Coordinate with department heads to address specific training needs
Keep updated with new training methods and industry best practices
Maintain records of employee participation in training programs
Prepare training materials and manuals.
Ensure compliance with legal and company-specific training requirements.
Assist in employee onboarding programs and development plans
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
Proven experience in training and development, preferably in HR capacity
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to design and deliver effective training programs
Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
