Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College degree in Psychology, Mass Communication, Business Studies or any related courses
With at least 1 year of working experience in the related field
Knowledgeable in Training Needs Analysis and Training Development is an advantage
Excellent training facilitation presentation and public speaking skills
Has an eye for detail, creative, and familiar with basic graphic design
Proficient in MS Office and is open to learning new tools and applications
Has very good verbal and written communication skills (Tagalog, Hiligaynon, English)
Willing to work at Hervias Village II, Villamonte, Bacolod City
