This role focuses primarily on designing, facilitating, and delivering hard-skills training programs (70%), with additional responsibility for supporting HR operations such as onboarding, compliance, and special initiatives (30%). Skills & Qualifications
At least 3-5 years of experience as a Trainer in a BPO Set-up.
Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating structured training programs, including hard skills, soft skills, and onboarding.
Proven ability to conduct training needs analysis and develop curriculum and training resources.
Experience as a Sales Trainer is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage employees across different levels.
Excellent organizational and project management skills to plan, schedule, and execute multiple training programs efficiently.
Strong collaboration and relationship building skills to work effectively with SME's and leadership.
Willingness to work full onsite on a graveyard shift.
Responsibilities
Observe and learn from SMEs and leadership to build workflow expertise and prepare to independently deliver training for revenue-generating teams.
Design, deliver, and facilitate structured training programs, including hard/soft skills, tools, processes, role responsibilities, and New Hire Orientation.
Lead onboarding and NHO to ensure smooth integration, compliance completion, and alignment with operational standards.
Plan, schedule, communicate, and execute training sessions while tracking progress and completion.
Partner with SMEs and senior leadership to define competencies, standards, and training priorities aligned with business goals.
Conduct training needs analysis and develop, standardize, and maintain training curricula and resources.
Analyze training data and performance feedback to assess effectiveness, report on readiness and gaps, and recommend improvements.
Gradually assume full ownership as the primary trainer for revenue-generating teams.
