We are currently hiring:
HR TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
We are looking for an HR Training and Development Officer to identify the training and development needs for our company and create effective training programs that will stimulate learning, fast-track our employees' professional development, and improve their productivity.
Responsibilities
Identify training and development needs of all the departments within the company
Work with department managers to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results
Organize training materials and oversee training programs
Coordinating external training as the need arises.
Track and assess the progress of trainees and provide reports to the senior management
Research the latest HR technologies and training software
Answer employee questions and inquiries related to training and development programs and resolve any training-related issues if they arise
Orienting new hires to their function within the grand scheme, as well as established company norms.
Monitoring staffs' performance by liaising with line managers and department heads.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field
2+ years of experience as an HR Training and Development Officer or a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong research, organizational, and planning skills
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)
