WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE?
The Project Manager is expected to be comfortable and experienced in working with agile teams.
Plays a consultative role to put in place the appropriate people, process, and tools, to improve team efficiency and effectiveness of key projects
Coaches product owners and team members as needed to optimize project efficiency and effectively use agile ways of working
Ensures that assigned key projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Develops detailed and clear project plans on high-visibility projects to track progress
Requirements
WHO ARE YOU?
You have a degree in Human Resources or relevant field
Proven experience in project management and exposure to the agile methodology
Ability to collaborate with product owners and project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
Competent in using Azure Dev Ops
Highly collaborative and approachable
