2. Organizational Development (Business Unit)
Recommends relevant trainings/ program relevant to the organization.
Ensure that all newly hired employees undergone employee orientation and must have training schedule prior to deployment and make sure, training schedule are being followed and implemented.
Ensure compliance on EDF and PMS management.
3. Employee Relations
Ensures implementation of company policies by the employee and confers proper attention to violators.
Provide disciplinary actions to violators.
Assists HR Manager in all company activities involving employees like Sport Fest, Christmas Party and others.
4. Policies and Procedure Implementation
Ensures consistent implementation of company policies and procedures based on existing company's code of conduct.
Update HRIS for attendance management, payroll process and employee records.
5. Admin
Ensures payroll compliance based on company standard (ACT)
Ensures complete and on time update of HRIS.
Follow through with HRTL with on-site asset management.
6. Performs other tasks assigned by the HRM, if deemed necessary.-Requirements- Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree

1. Recruitment
Responsible in providing manpower requirement for the company.
Ensures 100% manpower based on the company's approved plantilla. O
