Role Overview:
Leads development of enterprise process documentation and ensures user requirements are thoroughly captured
Reviews and aligns HR processes and policies across the region to recommend improvements that will enhance employee experience
Investigates system issues and addresses the root cause to create long-term solutions
Identifies and analyzes meaningful people related metrics, trends and root causes to generate insightful reports and develop viable HR solutions
Provides Regional Partners with consulting on people programs and operational HR guidance as HR Business Partner of selected accounts
Facilitates processing and charging of HR-related expenses to ensure budget utilization
Required Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Management, and other related courses
At least five (5) years of related work experience, and preferably with strong experience in HR Operations/Shared Services from multinational organizations
End-to-end HR Systems implementation is an advantage
Analytical and data-driven in problem-solving and decision-making to develop innovative and sustainable solutions
With excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to comfortably partner with internal and external stakeholders
