We are looking for a diverse, dynamic and motivated individual who will contribute to the success of our company to support the function in Human Resources Systems catering EMEA and APAC regions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, Psychology, Human Resources Management or equivalent
Has a minimum of three (3) years' experience with HR and IT systems at administrator level, handling LMS, HRIS - ERP
Basic understanding of HTML5 and SQL is preferred but not required
Has good business knowledge and understanding in various HR Facets
Has knowledge and experience in administrating, managing, understanding, execution of HRIS - ERP systems and tools, database functionality maintenance and reporting tools.
Ability to foster and maintain harmonious work relationships with colleagues and other employees
Can work effectively as an individual and as part of a team
Ability to manage workload effectively and has strong attention to details
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
Excellent customer service and project management skills
Willing to work on a rotating mid-shift
Duties and Responsibilities
Daily administration and maintenance of Learning Management System (Cornerstone)
Basic data set up and updates
Support and escalate queries and concerns to LMS support team
Perform quality assurance on LMS masterdata
Update master data in accordance with ERP
Test and assess quarterly updates in the LMS
Test and assess any deliveries in case of hot fixes of extra ordinary deliveries
Stay updated on all modules available in LMS
Acquire knowledge about all modules available in LMS and assess the need for these in collaboration with the team lead
Participate in sessions set up by LMS provider
Stay updated on all system updates quarterly
Support implementation of any new modules in LMS
Collaborate with e-Learning team to quality check and improve work methods
Work in accordance with action plans
Assist in developing and maintaining training programs
Facilitate ERP Systems administration such as but not limited to:
Facilitate administration, extract personnel reports, data report, queries and other information from ERP database.
Support in system structure, training and competence processes and systems execution related to ERP Systems
Flexible to support HR Processes and Systems team onshore and offshore with any system related task in LMS or ERP HR module
Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time
