1. In-charge of sourcing, selection and deployment of applicants for the requested position in coordination with the requisitioning Department.2. Provides assistance to Departments in sourcing for in-house and local trainings, and in facilitating.3. Handles Grievance Handling and Employee Discipline
4. Ensures monitoring of Time Management System, uploading of data from the time recorder and proper computation of man-hours, overtime and leave.5. Prepares list of newly hired employees for enrolment to HMO - Intellicare and Accident InsuranceQualifications:
Graduate of AB/BS Major in Psychology or any Behavioral Science course
With experience in Human Resource management preferably coming from a manufacturing company
At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory capacity
Familiar with Philippine Labor Laws and other Human Resource processes
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Flexible in time schedules and can handle work pressure at all times
Willing to work in Mabalacat, Pampanga
