Human Resources Supervisor's function is to guide and address human resources policies and programs within the company. They ensure that the HR strategies are aligned with the organizational and management goals. HR Supervisor oversees all of the HR processes to ensure efficient operations of the organization, also provides workforce analysis and planning.
Essential Job Functions
Supervise the HR Department including coaching and development of HR Staff;
Implement company policies and disciplinary procedures;
Advise and recommend on company policy and labor laws;
Check and verify HR related transactions;
Manage payroll and ensure the employees method for reporting work hours;
Manage employee relations and address employee conflicts and facilitate investigation.
Job Qualifications
Must be a 4 year course graduate of HR Management, Psychology, or any related/equivalent to behavioral courses;
Preferably with 2 Years Training and Development or Organizational Development and proven Compensation and Benefits experience;
Knowledgeable to Human Resource Information System;
Can handle Team Development activities and other Employee Retention Programs;
Can Manage Teams, for Supervisory functions and various sections of the HR Department.
