Job Description:
This role involves ensuring effective HR support and services to various departments and employees, promoting compliance with policies and procedures, and contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures related to operations, in alignment with the overall HR and organizational objectives.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Coordinate and oversee the recruitment and selection process for operational roles, working closely with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective talent acquisition.
Manage employee performance evaluation processes, working closely with managers to set performance objectives, provide feedback, and support career development initiatives.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, including recruitment and selection processes.
Strong knowledge of performance management and employee relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
