JOB DESCRIPTION
HR SUPERVISOR
Job Summary:
The Human Resource Supervisor will oversee and manage recruitment, training and development and admin functions of the company.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Hiring, training or oversee training of staffs.
Ensure that all staffs follow company policies, systems and procedure and conduct regular performance evaluation and audit.
Through collaboration with management and different department heads, identifies anticipated training needs based on company needs, legal and regulatory changes, career development needs, and other factors.
Reviews training needs; modifies or improves existing programs or develops new training programs to meet those needs.
Organizes and conducts orientation sessions and coordinates with the department heads in the training of new or transferred employees.
Conducts activities to enhance employer-employee relationship as well as team building.
Provides administrative function in coordination with Accounting Department such as Payroll, mandatory compliance with various government agencies.
Creates new policies, systems and procedures in coordination with the Management and various department heads based on the need of the company.
Handles staff grievances and disciplinary actions.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualification and Experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills.
Analytical and with keen attention to details.
Thorough understanding of labor and employment laws
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related field.
At least Two (2) years Supervisory experience.
