-Bachelor's degree in HR or similar (preferably a Master's degree).
-3-5 years relevant experience in an HR role.
-Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong moral and ethical code.
-Competency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools.
-Excellent administrative skills.
-In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
-Experience with Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
-Strong knowledge of Human Resources law
-liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs
-ensuring employees receive statutory required training
