HR SUERVISOR
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the human resources activities and functions
Recruit, train, and evaluate the performance of employees
Develop and implement policies and programs related to employee relations, compensation, benefits, and diversity
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Handle employee grievances and disputes
Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR issues and best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
2-4 years of experience in HR or related field
Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal aspects
Skills in communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Willing to be assigned in Panglao, Bohol
