HR SUPERVISOR
 
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in HR, with preferably 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
With strong supervisory and leadership skills
With outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
With thorough understanding of labor and employment laws
With experience in handling labor cases
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Job Description:
Create and enforce a handbook containing the company policies, rules, and regulations and the code of conduct.
Supervise the recruitment process: from sourcing, interviewing, background checking to onboarding
Responsible for conducting the performance appraisal of the employees and must ensure that the process supports and protects the company
Issue incident reports, notices and memorandum and impose proper sanctions for the enforcement of employee discipline
Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
Conducting performance and wage reviews.
Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
Creating clear and concise reports.
Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
